When you purchase a digital pattern or template, we retain a record of your purchase and download access to allow you to re-download the file and to enforce the license terms described in our Terms and Conditions.

7. Social Media Tags and User Content

If you tag Rock Mountain Co. or use our branded hashtags on social media, or send us photos/videos of your projects, we may view, save, and reference that content, including your handle/name, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions (see “User-Generated Content and Social Media Tags”). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party social media platforms — please review their privacy policies as well.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us information should contact us.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you;
